What is NGCX? 

In six short years, NGCX (Next Generation Customer Experience) has grown from a small CX professional meetup to one of the largest CX conferences in America. What does my NGCX ticket entitle me to? 

A ticket to NGCX grants you entry to the conference as well as admission to all of our networking events. Additionally, your ticket includes breakfast and lunch on conference days. For any ticket enquires email

I can’t attend NGCX anymore. Can I get a refund? 

Cancellation, receive in writing no less than eight days prior to the conference, will received a 90% credit to be used at another WBR conference. An administration fee of 10% of the contract fee will be retained by WBR for all permitted cancellations. No credit will be issued for any cancellations occurring within seven (7) days (inclusive) of the conference.

Do you sell one-day tickets?

Do you pay for travel? 

Unfortunately, we can’t pay for travel expenses for NGCX 2017.

What can I do if event sponsors are harassing me with marketing materials via email, phone, or text? 

We take unwanted marketing messages and spam seriously. If a sponsor is contacting you persistently and communication is unwanted, contact us here. The fastest way to remain free from sponsor communications is to reply to unwanted communications with this message. “I do not give [sponsorname] permission to communicate with me by email, phone, or mail. Stop attempting to contact me.”
