Later, we leveraged our telecommunication experience with our contact center offering BPO services to serve our customers. Our call center solutions satisfy the needs of medium to large companies based in the US, primarily in the retail, telecommunications, food delivery, and utility industries. Currently, we offer bilingual services (English/Spanish) and we can serve small to medium accounts (20 to 100 agents).
